In 2016, our customer in Medebach wanted an exact copy of the house we built for him in 2013.
In July 2013, the first house was constructed in 90mm stacking logs with an inner insulation wall (100mm insulation + 22mm false logs). Together with triple glazing it meets the requirements of an 'Energie-lower' House, as set by the German government. At the customer's request, the roof rails have been made heavier for aesthetic reasons. After the construction was completed, the ceramic tiles were laid and the exterior frames were placed. Finally, the interior finishing was taken care of. The installation of installations, electricity/water/heating/solar panels is realized by third parties, but in coordination and collaboration with our team.
These guesthouses have a ground floor and an upper floor with 2 bedrooms and a bathroom, making them suitable for occupancy by 8 people.
