A truly unique luxury wooden residential house project has appeared north of Utrecht.
Our customer preferred to see this 200m2 wooden house constructed from rough logs, but that was possible because of local planning restrictions. So our architect set up a timber frame house and we have further supplemented his design with unique details, such as Kelo wooden finishing on the interior walls and Russian Larch cladding has been used on the outside and the inside of the roof has also been finished with finely sawn larch. The entire support construction is made of Kelo logs, so that it feels like a house made of raw materials. The living room and veranda side have really become a beautiful picture. In combination with the location of this house with a view of the water, this project is truly unique!
